Refund Policy

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: We are grateful for your support, and want you to be happy with your order. We value you as our customer and want you to be happy with the product that you receive from us. We guarantee that your tubers/bulbs will arrive to you in excellent condition as we go through multiple checks to ensure that we are supplying you with the best quality product.

Even though we take all the precautions to provide a quality product we ask that upon receipt of your order: please inspect your tubers/bulbs immediately and contact us via email at: kim@buddingobsession.com) within 48 hours of your order arriving if you have any concerns.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements after the 48 hour period.

Please do not contact us via social media on Instagram or Facebook. Also please understand that we can NOT be held responsible for improper storage once you receive your tubers/bulbs, weather, growing conditions, pest damage, plant performance, failure to thrive or negligence. We are inspected and certified by the Pennsylvania State Department of Agriculture. 

SHIPPING ISSUES: Once your order has been shipped and you have received an email with tracking information, we cannot be held responsible for any mishandling, delays, or lost packages caused by USPS. All packages are insured, and if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, you will need to file a claim directly with USPS. We are unable to replace or refund orders affected by carrier-related issues, but we recommend reaching out to USPS promptly to initiate the claims process.
